C70 Wireless Jetting Camera and Nozzle

The C70 is a combination of a video and cleaning nozzle for diagnosing and jetting 7” – 30” pipelines at the same time. The C70 camera nozzle has 7 replaceable jets for cleaning when moving forward and a camera with lighting  for video recording moving backwards.

The video is recorded in the nozzle and downloaded and saved automatically, when the nozzle is lifted out of the manhole, to special software on a tablet via Wi-Fi. The software combines GPS coordinates with GIS mapping to determine the nozzle’s location and nearby manholes and pipelines. The operator uses the software to review the video or to code the PACP report and to determine if further procedures are required for this line before he moves on to the next. Live view from the camera nozzle while jetting is optionally possible over WiFi, to provide the operator with eyes on his operation.

The C70 camera nozzle has internal memory and battery life for at least 8 hours. A mechanic pressure switch inside the camera nozzle ensures no energy is wasted as it  switches the 7 high-power LEDs on when jetting starts. The C70 camera comes with a tablet, remote control and communication station with GPS and Wi-Fi.
