Base Robot + CCTV Inspection
The ID-Tec Sewer Rehabilitation (SR) Series base robot is the multifunctional heavy-duty crawler for different applications in sewer rehabilitation. It features the Twist-and-lock mechanism for exchanging equipment modules for very diverse applications. The mechanism securely locks the necessary equipment to the front of the robot. It is a universal connector with power, video, and air inlet sources all included in the innovative mechanism, making it possible to change between different pieces of equipment within 60 seconds by only making a single connection.
The CCTV Inspection Camera, CQL160, is a pan and tilt camera featuring high definition 1080p video with two high-power LEDs for illumination. It mounts onto the front of the base robot and is controlled via the system control unit and software. ID-Tec’s standard control software is compatible with POSM Pro inspection software for NAASCO PACP certified inspections.

SR Series Base Robot
One robot system, the R160, multifunctional and modular built for trenchless inspecting, jetting and cutting 7” relined and larger pipelines. The SR Series features a crawler with innovative Twist-and-lock mechanism. The mechanism enables equipment exchanges in less than 60 seconds and holds power, video and air connections while securing a watertight fit.
The R160 can connect equipment modules for precision jet cutting equipment, grinding, milling and cutting equipment, and CCTV inspection equipment.

CCTV Inspection Camera
The CQL160 Camera for CCTV inspection of relined 7” and larger pipelines is specially developed for High Definition* CCTV inspection and the precise placement of CIPP renovation parts using packers and carriers. The front-mounted pan/tilt infinite rotation camera with high-power LEDs enables thorough pre- and post- inspection of the pipe rehabilitation. The SR Series operation software is compatible with POSM and WinCan inspection software for certified NASSCO PACP inspections.
